Dr. Qandah earned his medical degree from Midwestern University Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine, and is Neurosurgery Board Certified. He is currently the Director of Neurosurgery at Mohawk Valley Health System's St. Luke Hospital and St. Elizabeth Hospital, New Hartford, NY. He is a committee member of the American Board of Osteopathic Neurosurgery.
