Dr. Kerrigan completed his medical training in osteopathic medicine at the New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Biddeford, ME, and completed an internship at the Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield, MA. He subsequently completed his family practice residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Pine Bluff, AR, and a fellowship in obstetrics and gynecology at Central Texas Medical Foundation, Inc., Breckenridge Hospital in Austin, TX.
Dr. Kerrigan is certified by the American Board of Family Practice and the American Board of Family Medicine and Obstetrics and is a founding member of the latter. A member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Mississippi Academy of Family Physicians, Dr. Kerrigan is also the author of a resource guide for resident physicians on the subject of dermatology.
Prior to pursuing a career in medicine, Dr. Kerrigan worked in the construction industry, becoming owner of his own company in Boston.
