Upon admission to the Hospital, patients without a primary care provider (or upon the request of the primary care provider) may be assigned to a member of our Hospitalist medical staff. Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurses, case workers, nutritionists, and other health care workers collaborate together to develop a customized care plan. Your family practitioner is kept informed at all times of your condition, and is part of the team.
It is our goal to always provide very good care in a safe environment. We realize that an admission can be a very stressful time for you and your family. We encourage you to be involved in your care and ask questions. We will do our very best to address your personal needs and keep you informed. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your stay, please feel comfortable asking your nurse or contacting one of the nursing supervisors listed below.
