Our central scheduling team is professionally trained to provide you with fast, accurate scheduling of outpatient exams. In lieu of an electronic form, we believe it's in your best interest to speak directly with a hospital representative who can find a time that meets your needs while taking into consideration your many other life committments. In addition, live central scheduling allows you the opportunity to personally ask any pre-visit questions you or a loved one might have.

After your appointment is scheduled, your representative will ask you if you have a moment to pre-register. Pre-registering confirms accuracy of the data currently in our system and expedites the registration process at your visit. Upon arrival the day of your exam, those pre-registered should check-in with our volunteer greeter. He/she will direct you to "quick registration" where you will sign your insurance authorization form, present a photo ID , your insurance card, and receive your ID wristband. You will then be guided to your service location.
New patients will need to work with the representative to create an account. Returning patients need to answer a few simple questions pertaining to insurance, home address and phone number, and emergency contact numbers.
