Canton-Potsdam Hospital to Host Monthly
"Partnering in Your Care" Luncheon

This Month's Topic: Living With Grief During the Holidays

November 28, 2012 – Canton-Potsdam Hospital is hosting its next monthly Partnering in Your Care educational luncheon series on Tuesday, December 4 from noon-1:00 p.m. The luncheon is being held in the 2nd Floor Conference Rooms on the Hospital's main campus at 50 Leroy Street in Potsdam.

The topic of this month's luncheon is Living with Grief During the Holidays and will be presented by Kay DePerno, M.Ed., Hospice Bereavement Counselor. "The holidays are often the most challenging time of the year when you are grieving the loss of a loved one. Family traditions are a powerful reminder of those we have lost," said DePerno. "Hospice encourages you to find ways to cope with loss and change during this time. Living with Grief During the Holidays will help you to approach the demands of the season," added DePerno. A holiday coping plan will be provided to participants.

There is no cost to attend this presentation luncheon; however, attendance is limited. For more information or to RSVP, interested individuals should call Lynn Rose at (315) 261-6005 or email lrose@cphospital.org .
