CPH Care Partners Health Centers
Great primary health care is close to you in one of five CPH Care Partner locations. CPH Care Partners are teams of physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and nursing professionals, supported by friendly, welcoming reception staff. We can follow your health through an entire continuum--routine vaccinations to referrals for cancer care and orthopedic surgery--with a focus on preventive measures you can take to become a full partner in staying healthy.
Some of our CPH Care Partner staff, like Wendy Wais, FNP, or Mark Hankins, FNP, have known our patients for a long time; others, like Todd Sanders, MD, or T. Nick Knowles, DO, are enthusiastic new arrivals to our community. All have excellent credentials and the focus on quality you've come to expect from CPH. And all our locations accept a wide range of insurance.
Laboratory service hours are available in most locations for convenient blood and specimen collection. To schedule a laboratory specimen collection appointment (does not need to coincide with an office visit), call Central Scheduling.
