Ambulatory Surgery has reached 90% in patient satisfaction for 1st quarter 2011;
Intensive Care Unit has reached 99% in patient satisfaction for 1st quarter 2011;
Primecare has reached 97% in patient satisfaction for 1st quarter 2011;
Warner Cancer Treatment Center has reached 98% in patient Satisfaction for 1st quarter 2011.

Quality (quarterly results)
Ending the 2011 1st quarter, CPH is above the 90th percentile on 18 of 25 National Indicators of Quality.
People (quarterly results)
Ending the 2011 1st quarter, CPH employs 846 staff. The 1st quarter actual turnover rate was 2.01%*.
*These figures do not include turnover customarily deemed unavoidable (for example, an employee leaving due to spouse relocation).
Safety (2011 data available January 2012)
2010 results show a 29.4% decrease in Hospital Inquired Infections (HAIs) from 2009.
Finance (2011 audited data will be available May 2012)
Ending the 2010 year, the Hospital produced a net revenue gain of $1,649,149, including non-operating revenue.
Growth (2011 audited data will be available May 2012)
Ending the 2010 year, total discharges increased by 1.56% and outpatient registrations grew by 7.6%.
