Following your visit to Canton-Potsdam Hospital, your bill will be sent to your insurance company. If your Insurance does not pay within 45 days, you will be asked to contact your Insurance directly.

You may receive more than one bill for services performed at the Hospital. For example, if you received service in the Emergency Room, you may receive a bill from Canton-Potsdam Hospital; North Star Emergency Physicians, PC (for ER Physicians); St. Lawrence Radiology (for Radiologist) and/or St. Lawrence Medical Management (for Pathology).
