Quality (quarterly results) Ending the 2010 1st quarter, CPH is above the 90th percentile on 15 of 20 National Indicators of Quality.
People (quarterly results) Ending the 2010 2nd quarter, CPH employs 841 staff. The 2nd quarter actual turnover rate was 2.01%*.
*These figures do not include turnover customarily deemed avoidable (for example, an employee leaving due to spouse relocation).
Safety (yearly results) The 2009 data confirms that 45% of the questions from the CPH Patient Safety Culture Survey exceed the National average.
Finance (2010 audited data will be available May 2011) Ending the 2009 year, the Hospital produced a net revenue gain of $3,020,590, including non-operating revenue.
Growth (2010 audited data will be available May 2011) Ending the 2009 year, total discharges increased by 3.6% and outpatient registrations grew by 7.7%.
