Our Level III Emergency Department provides care to approximately 22,000 people of all ages each year, 24/7. The Emergency Department stabilizes emergency medical conditions by providing emergent and non-urgent treatment to patients of all ages. We support our medical staff by sharing our services for a courtesy room for exams. The Emergency Department's vision is to offer a friendly, caring environment by knowledgeable professionals who have the needed equipment and supplies to provide patients with the care they deserve.

Emergent medical conditions are evaluated, treated, and stabilized prior to admission, transfer, or discharge. Minor surgical and orthopedic procedures are performed in the department. Medical conditions are stabilized prior to patient disposition. Referrals to community services and specialty services are based on patient need and completed prior to discharge. Patients receive education on their treatment and condition prior to discharge.
