CHEMICAL DEPENDENCY SERVICES

Richville Clinic

Outpatient care is an active process designated to aid individuals in achieving the highest level of functioning possible in all of life's areas.  Length of stay is variable and dependent on the needs of the patient, individual progress and the status on the five dimensions of care.

Our program includes the following:

  • Assessment and evaluation
  • Medical supervision and referrals
  • Individual and group counseling
  • Gambling support services
  • Family, spouse and significant other support services
  • Discharge planning and necessary referrals
  • DOT evaluation by a NAADAC - certified counselor
  • Family counseling and education

Intake/Admission:
Referrals are accepted from agencies or individuals themselves.  Families, spouses and significant others may enter treatment without the chemically dependent person being enrolled in treatment.  During the first visit, there will be an assessment interview and preliminary planning for the course of treatment.  At that time, fees and payment plans will be arranged.

Continuing Care:
A patient being discharged from the outpatient services will receive optimal referrals that might be needed for ongoing assistance.

Fees for Service:
Medicaid, Medicare and many private insurance plans are accepted. Self-pay is determined by a sliding fee schedule.  All patients are expected to exercise responsibility and maturity with respect to bills for services.

Hours of Operation:
Services are provided from 11am - 7pm, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.  On Friday, the clinic is open from 9am - 5pm.

Locations:
The Richville Clinic is located in the back of the BOCES building in Richville, NY.  There is a second location at 38 Main Street, Norwood, NY, which has limited hours.
